James Peters - Founder & CEO, S-Let
James is the Founder and CEO of S-Let and an experienced international business leader with over 25 years of professional experience across the UK, United States, Africa and the Middle East. Throughout his career, James has led organisations operating in regulated, service-critical environments where trust, accountability and long-term relationships are essential.
Having worked closely with families, private institutions and public organisations across multiple regions, James brings a deep understanding of the expectations and concerns of GCC families when supporting their children overseas. His background includes building and scaling service businesses, managing international operations, and leading diverse, multicultural teams with a strong focus on governance, reliability and client care.
James holds an MBA from the University of Kent and remains personally involved in the strategic direction and day-to-day standards of S-Let. His leadership philosophy is rooted in responsibility, transparency and delivering dependable outcomes for families who place their trust in the company.
Why We Started
Many international students, professionals and families struggle with unfamiliar rental laws, cultural differences and unclear processes. S-Let was created to provide independent guidance, trusted support and a consistent point of contact throughout the entire rental journey.
